Using Clementina

Clementina is for your own tracking, if you’re 16 or over. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and don’t use the service to break the law or to harm it or others.

An account used to break these terms can be suspended or closed; you’ll be told why by email, and can still export your data first unless the law prevents it.

Price

Clementina costs €0 for now, then €5 a month. Nothing is charged without your agreement: we’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before any price applies to you.

Your data

What you log is yours. You can export it or delete your account at any time.

No advice

Clementina shows your own numbers. It isn’t financial advice, and currency conversions use published reference rates that can differ from what your bank charged.

Changes and availability

Clementina may change, pause or end. We’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before a change to these terms, a price, or anything that affects your data, and before Clementina ends, with time to export it.

Liability

Clementina is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Law

These terms follow Portuguese law. Your rights as a consumer where you live stay yours.
